Methodologies

Methodology is generally a guideline for solving a problem, with specific components such as phases, tasks, methods, techniques and tools. It can be defined also as follows:

"the analysis of the principles of methods, rules, and postulates employed by a discipline";
"the systematic study of methods that are, can be, or have been applied within a discipline".
A documented process for management of projects that contains procedures, definitions and explanations of techniques used to collect, store, analyze and present information as part of a research process in a given discipline.

There's three main methodologies that are wide spread in the development today:

RUP
Scrum
Kanban

We know and widely use these methodologies. However, from time to time the situation happens when none of them suits the project on 100%. In these case we can propose to combine them and fulfill with the new approaches. Because in out work we base on the customer's business goals They take the first place for us. That's why we consider the methodologies and technologies only as the instruments helping us to reach these goals. As a good professionals we know all these instruments perfectly and know how to use them in different combinations in order to reach our main goal - to help our customers to implement their business ideas with the maximum profit.
